Our Greenbriar Ranch has all amenities and is decorated in a pleasing southwest decor. Each room has its own theme. View the tranquility of the wooded setting from anywhere in the home.

The Greenbriar Ranch has a full size kitchen with all kitchen essentials including a coffeemaker, can opener, toaster, microwave, blender & all utensils. It also has two full baths, one being off the Master bedroom that is done in a Cowboy Theme, this over sized room has a king size log bed with memory foam, 2 log end tables, DVD, Satellite TV and self setting alarm clock. There is 2 other bedrooms with a full bedroom in a bear bandana motiff, and one queen bedroom with wolf theme. Living room is fully furnished with Rock Wall Gas Fireplace (Only available from Oct. 1st to March 31st), 1 log rocker, 1 log chair with ottaman, 1 small rocker for child, pull-out leather sectional couch, end tables, lamps, DVD Player, Satellite TV & stereo. A full dining room with bar and chairs are supplied as well. All bed, bath and kitchen linens, robes, beach towels, iron and board, dishes and cookware are provided along with games, puzzles, cards, magazines and a small area for kids to enjoy with toys and books.
All you need to bring is your food and clothing. An outdoor gas grill is provided as well as coffee, tea, popcorn, shampoo, conditioner and soap. We also offer FREE video leasing in our Greenbriar Ranch for all our renters - 2 DVD'S per night AND For frisbee golf at Pike Lake we offer FREE USE of 10 disks. It will sleep eight comfortably. The max for the Greenbriar Ranch is 10.
We pride ourselves in how our rental feels like home, we have extensively decorated it like it was our own, please be aware that there are glass items, please put them up when young ones are present.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations may be made up to one year in advance with deposit. Please call first to reserve your dates. A deposit with credit card via Pay Pal or Check of half you stay is required to confirm your reservation. You may also pay for your stay in full. Reservations canceled 30 days prior to stay will result in a full refund. Cancellations 10 days prior to stay will result in a 50 % refund of deposit. Cancellations 7 days or less prior to stay will result in zero refund. We will gladly help you reschedule to another date to avoid any loss of monies. If you are sending a check for you deposit - It needs to be received 2 weeks prior to your stay. The balance of your stay can be paid at sign in with credit card or cash.
We do supply some items out of courtesy for our customers, but we advise that you bring the following items: paper towels, toliet paper, trashbags and dish soap. The fireplace is only available from October 1st thru March 31st
Yes, we are surrounded by woods (the bugs and critters home) the rental is treated monthly, but it is possible you may see some bugs or spiders during your stay. Please do not throw food scraps and trash out this will guarantee unwanted visitors! We are unable to refund due to unwanted critters or bugs. Due to the activities of some of our customers & their pets, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS AT OUR RENTAL OR ON OUR GROUNDS.

LOCK OUT OPTION: Rates are based on 2 people.
1 Night for $120.00 = 1 Bed/1 Bath.
2 Nights for $220.00 = 1 Bed/1 Bath.
FULL HOUSE OPTION: Rates are based on 8 people. $10.00 per person, per night extra.(UP TO 10)
1 Night for $155.00 =3 Bed/2 Bath.
2 Nights for $290.00 = 3 Bed/2 Bath.

You must reserve your cabin with a credit card or check. We accept: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
AMENITIES:
Appliances, fireplace, etc. can malfunction. Pine Ridge Retreat cannot refund any monies for inconveniences encountered due to malfunctions of amenities where restoration was beyond our control during your stay and reserves the right to sub-contract work to be preformed at the earliest date possible. We will react as quickly as possible to restore any amenity, but do not guarantee complete restoration during your stay and will not result in any refund. Loss of electricity, or any "Act of God" is outside our control and will not result in any refund. Our rental drive is gravel and has a slight grade, it is routinely maintained, but in the winter months it may become slippery at times.
SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed inside the rental. If you smoke inside the rental, you will be subject to a smoking fee. You are welcome to smoke outside, we do provide 2 butt buckets on back deck. Please do not leave your butts on ground.

OUR POLICIES:
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES:
All dishes, pots, pans silverware and kitchen utensils must be washed, dried and put away. The stove/oven should be left in clean condition. All trash needs to be placed in bags in the outside trash can and the property should be left neat and in order. Please put all linens in the hamper in Master bedroom.
DAMAGES:
We reserve the right to charge you credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning, soiled dishes left in sink or rental contents left in disarray from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account.
CHECK IN:
Check in is 3:00 p.m. or later. If you are going to be later than 5 p.m., please call ahead of time to let us know about your arrival time, so we can make sure we are here for you.
CHECK OUT:
Check out is by 11:00 a.m. You do not need to come to the office to check out. Simply clean up and leave the key on bar. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late check outs. We strickly enforce our check in and out times so that we can make sure that our rental is ready for our guests.
OCCUPANCY:
No refunds will be made in the event a person is required to vacate the premises because of disruptive conduct or failure to follow our rental guidelines and polices. All our rates are based on a 8 person occupancy. Please limit the number of guests to the maximum occupancy of the rental and to the number of guests included in your reservation. You must be 21 years of age or have a parent or gardian with you in the rental to reserve it. Our rental sleeps up to 10 max., NO EXCEPTIONS. We allow you to have guests at our rental - up to the max amount of 10. We ask though that they leave by 10 p.m. We DO NOT allow pets on our property. If they are found at rental - there will be a $100.00 pet fee charged to card on file.
